Three depths of looking.
Neurodivergence assessments for ADHD, autism and AuDHD — and screening for those who aren't sure yet. A starting point is never a label.
Which one is yours.
Screening questionnaires and assessment measures are emailed to you and completed digitally, in your own time. Nothing on paper, nothing to bring.
Neurospicy screening
Brief, structured screening for neurodivergence and common mental-health concerns. Education, questionnaires (30–60 minutes) and a 25-minute discussion, with a summary email including results and referral guidance.
Comprehensive assessment
Full diagnostic assessment for ADHD, autism and AuDHD — thorough, affirming, and written for real life, not just the file. Outcome options include a basic letter or a comprehensive report.
WPATH letters
Assessment and readiness letters supporting gender-affirming care, WPATH-aligned. Typically 3–6 sessions. No gatekeeping dressed up as caution.

Why we look at ADHD first.
Where ADHD and autism both seem likely, we usually assess ADHD first: it is the one most likely to change quickly with treatment, and treating it often clarifies the rest of the picture. We will explain the order we suggest and why, and you decide.
All new clients are screened for neurodivergence. Screening tools are indicators, not diagnoses — where a fuller picture would help, we say so.
