About
Our team.
A small team, on purpose. Nobody here is carrying forty clients so a directory can look impressive. You do not have to arrive as someone easier to treat.
Meet the team.
A small team, on purpose. Everyone here works the way we want you to be treated: gender and neurodiversity affirming, trauma-informed and identity-inclusive.

Emma
Client Experience Officer
Client Experience Officer. The first person you speak to — bookings, referrals, forms, access needs, and the questions about fees that are easier to ask before you are in a room with a psychologist.
I'm not a clinician, yet. I'm very good at making the path to one shorter. I'm here for everything that's not therapy.

Minh Anh Nguyen
Psychologist · from 7 October 2026
Psychologist, online on Wednesdays, from 7 October 2026. A second-generation Vietnamese Australian who found out how her own brain works later than she should have.
I don't view therapy as applying a strategy to a person. It's existing alongside you with deep curiosity and unconditional acceptance.

Brydan Xavier
Director and Principal Psychologist
Director and Principal Psychologist. Adults navigating complex trauma, neurodivergence, gender and sexuality — mostly therapy, including EMDR, alongside Autism, ADHD and WPATH-aligned assessments.
How I work: slowly at first. I'll ask what you already know about yourself before I ask anything else.
Your first point of contact
Before a clinician, there is Emma.
Emma is the first person you speak to. Bookings, referrals, intake forms, access needs, and the questions about fees and rebates that are easier to ask before you are in a room with a psychologist. She runs free fifteen-minute intro calls, which exist so you can work out whether we are right for you without paying for the privilege of finding out.
Not sure who is the right fit?
Tell us the short version of what is going on, and we will say honestly whether we are the right clinic for it.
