What we help with

Eating & Body Concerns.

A difficult relationship with food, eating, or your body can be isolating and exhausting, and it can affect people of every gender, size, and background. You do not need to be sick enough to deserve support.

Common signs

How it can show up.

Preoccupation with food, weight, or body shape.
Patterns of restricting, bingeing, or purging.
Eating that feels out of your control.
Exercise that feels compulsive rather than joyful.
Shame, secrecy, or distress around meals.
Concerns that are often overlooked in men and gender-diverse people.

If eligible, you may be able to access support through an Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan.

If you are in crisis or need urgent support, please visit our Crisis support page or call Lifeline on 13 11 14. In an emergency, call 000.
