Therapy that honours your whole story.
Therapy, screening and assessment — gender and neurodiversity affirming, trauma-informed and identity-inclusive care for adults navigating layered identities, life transitions, trauma and neurodivergence.
Liminal Psychology.
Therapy that makes space for all of you. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly, in Prahran or on a screen. EMDR, schema therapy, CBT adapted for how your mind actually works.
Everyday life
Anxiety, depression, stress, grief, sleep, anger, work, self-esteem and life transitions. Therapy isn't only for when things are falling apart.
Everyday life →The neurospicy
Support that works with your brain, not against it. ADHD, autism, AuDHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia. NDIS welcome. We do not practise ABA.
Neurodivergence →The rainbow community
Care that celebrates you, in every spectrum of identity. WPATH-aligned gender assessments, identity exploration, transition support, sexuality counselling.
Rainbow community →Intersectional identities
Support that sees you in all the spaces where your identities meet — race, culture, gender, sexuality, disability, neurodivergence, faith, class, migration.
Intersectional →Trauma
Real, compassionate, trauma-informed care. Complex trauma, PTSD, developmental and identity-based trauma. EMDR and EMDR 2.0.
Trauma →Sexual health and intimacy
Safe, affirming space to explore intimacy and connection. Sex-work affirming, kink- and BDSM-inclusive, polyamory-literate.
Sexual health →Men's eating and body concerns
Body dysmorphia, restrictive eating, muscle and fitness-culture pressure. Hidden, under-diagnosed and under-treated — not here.
Eating and body →Liminal Screening and Assessment.
Clarity and guidance for the path ahead. Sometimes the first step is simply understanding what's happening — having language, clarity and a plan.
Neurospicy screening
First steps to understanding your brain. Education, questionnaires (30–60 minutes) and a 25-minute discussion with a summary email.
Screening →Neurospicy assessments
Neurodivergence-affirming diagnostic clarity for ADHD, autism and AuDHD. Written for real life, not just the file.
Assessments →WPATH letters
Gender-affirming care that supports your journey. Readiness assessments for gender-affirming surgery, typically 3–6 sessions.
WPATH letters →How it starts.
There are five steps to becoming a new client. Each may look a little different depending on your circumstances, but they start with contacting us, completing the Getting To Know You questionnaire so we can check we're a good match, giving us what we need to register you, getting a referral from your GP (and a treatment plan if you're eligible), and scheduling your first appointment around your preferences, clinician fit and availability.
Say hello
Email, call, or use the form. A free 15-minute chat with our Client Experience Officer, who helps match you with the right clinician.
No forms firstGetting to know you
A short questionnaire (the GTKY) so we can check we're a good match before anyone commits.
5 minutesRegistration
Your details and history, in your own words — or, if forms are hard, a call from our Client Experience Officer who can do most of it over the phone.
Or a callSee your GP
Everyone needs a referral to become a new client, so that we're connected with your GP — the hub of your care. Ask for a referral with your medications and medical history, and a Mental Health Treatment Plan, Eating Disorder Plan or Chronic Condition Management Plan if you're eligible. This applies even with NDIS, WorkSafe, TAC or Victims of Crime funding.
ReferralFirst appointment
Scheduled around your preferences, clinician fit and availability. Getting to know you, your history and your goals, while building a safe foundation.
50 minutes
Every new client is screened.
We screen for neurodivergence and trauma as standard, from the start rather than years in. Screening tools are indicators, not diagnoses — where a fuller picture would help, we say so and explain why.
This is how we provide neurodivergence- and trauma-informed care from the first session, and it follows Australian guidelines, research and evidence.
Bring the whole story.
