About Minh Anh
Support that feels possible.
Minh Anh is a psychologist and a second-generation Vietnamese Australian, with lived experience of late-identified neurodivergence. She works in English and Vietnamese, and much of what drives her practice is making mental health support feel possible for people whose families or communities have never really had a language for it.
Her background spans youth and community mental health, headspace, and Medicare and NDIS practice, including positive behaviour support and close work with trans and gender-diverse clients. She draws on CBT, ACT, DBT and mindfulness within a neuroaffirming, trauma-informed and identity-affirming frame, and adapts to the person in front of her rather than the other way around.
Who she works with
Your complexity is not a problem.
Adults living at the intersections of identity, neurodivergence, trauma and life changes — people tired of simplifying their story, or shrinking themselves, just to feel understood.
Adult children of migrants carrying expectations no one said out loud. Adults who found out at 28, not 8 that they are ADHD or autistic. Queer and trans people who want a therapist who does not need educating. Vietnamese and Asian-diaspora adults for whom family, culture and “we don't talk about that” are part of the picture. And young adults leaving youth services, wanting continuity rather than another restart.
Your complexity is not a problem. It's a map.
