The different parts of your identity.

Autistic and trans. ADHD and gifted. Queer and grieving. Most services can see one thing about you and miss the rest. Build your own picture below, keep it if you want to, and bring it with you.

Build your own picture.

Tap every circle that is part of you. The overlaps are the point: that is where most services lose the thread, and where we start.

You don’t have to explain your existence before you get to the part that hurts.

Try it: the circle is you. Pick the parts of who you are, or add your own, and watch them overlap.

How we use it

What happens with your map.

A map, not a track

Nothing, unless you ask. The map lives in your browser while you build it. If you choose to keep it, we email you the picture. We only include the words you chose if you tick the box. The same copy sits with your enquiry, so you never have to explain it twice. It is not a form, not an assessment and not a diagnosis. It is a way of saying: all of this, in the order I choose.

If you would rather not use it at all, that is fine too. Tell us in a sentence and we will work it out together.

Bring the whole of it.

You don't have to explain your existence before you get to the part that hurts.
